It is because of the crooked tactics of identity thieves as described in this CSO Magazine article that I recently made a trip to Walmart solely to buy a cross-cut paper shredder for my annual spring cleanout of my personal paper files.

Tamara Paradis [aka "Sashay"]
...a late-30s retired IT analyst turned digital culture researcher and sociologist. Once a resident of Montreal, she has now settled into a house near downtown Toronto with her dog Sandy and two great housemates, who've got her watching a lot of TV. She's doing a joint MA at York University & Ryerson University. She hopes to find the perfect digital culture PhD program and, eventually, write the great Canadian novel.
